Booking Days

Sessions will primarily be booked on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Thursdays and Fridays are extremely limited and will only be offered based on both my availability and the couple’s availability.

There will be no sessions on Saturdays or Sundays as weekends are reserved for weddings and personal time.

Response Time:

All responses will be replied to in a timeline manner. I try to get back to messages as soon as possible! Please allow 1-3 days for a response to any messages or inquires.

BUSINESS HOURS: 

MONDAY: 8AM-4PM 

TUES/WED: 10AM-5PM

THURSDAY: VARIES WEEKLY

FRIDAY: 9AM-2PM

SAT/SUN: OUT OFF OFFICE

Reschedule/Cancellation:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least a 72 hour notice to avoid losing your deposit. If less than 72 hours, you do forfeit your deposit. If you do not give a 72 hour notice of rescheduling it will a $50 fee added on to the fee of the photoshoot. Thank you for understanding.

No show/No call policy:

If you do not communicate and are a no call/no show, then you will forfeit your deposit and won’t have the opportunity for another photoshoot in the future.

Weather policy:

If you have an outdoor photo shoot scheduled and there is inclement weather, I will be in touch at least 2 hours prior to the shoot. We can either decided to reschedule (no charge) or continue on with our session. Make sure to be checking your messages before your photo shoot!

Fee policy:

All sessions and weddings require a non-refundable deposit. Each session or wedding will have a deposit that will need to be paid before your session to secure your spot. All the non-refundable fees will need to be paid fully either 1 month before your wedding or 2 weeks before your session.

Gallery policy:

If there are any problems or concerns within your gallery please contact me. Message me within 24 hours to fix the issues or concerns regarding your gallery. If you contact me outside of those 24 hours I can’t promise I’ll get the time to fix the issues within your gallery due to being busy with other photography needs.

Late policy:

Please plan to show up at least 5-10 minutes before your photo shoot so that you are relaxed and ready to begin! If you are late, that will shorten the time we have to shoot as I have other appointments. For example, if you are 10 minutes late to your 30 minute photoshoot you only get 20 minutes of shoot time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your photoshoot I will assume you will not be

showing up and I will cancel the photoshoot.
